I love this film one of favourites , it came very quick and well packed thank you . The descendants of the pirate Blackbeard all elderly ladies own his old place and a vicious gangster bought the mortgage and wants to foreclose for his own nefarious reasons.
Good child friendly comedy from 1960's. This has to be one of the best actor Disney Movies ever made, right up there if not better than the Witch Mountain Movies. This was a lot of fun and it would be for you and the whole family.
That being said, it is still a movie that can be enjoyed by kids as well. Blackbeard has been cursed by his last wife who was a notorious witch, so that he will never die. I wish I knew where a person could pay for a streaming download of this, in a better formatted copy, would have saved me the price of this badly made dvd.

It is a movie that is part of my Halloween family film rotation along with 'Hocus Pocus', 'Monster House', 'Nightmare Before Christmas' and … Dean Jones and Suzanne Pleshette were quite the comedy team, as well as Elliot Reid and Ben Deacon.
