The rules seem to indicate that you collect miner tiles first, then use actions, then collect money, deliver, and finally receive new orders, but it is not 100% clear, which makes the final round of the game a little tough if you are playing that the order matters, because it essentially makes it worthless to get new order cards in the final round if they will never be able to be filled and unfilled orders count against you in the final scoring of the game. Easy to learn the rules, but challenging enough to play over and over since there are so many different strategies you can employ to win. My only criticism, so far, is that the boards for the mine shaft are a little too thin and they have a curve in them.
