The cheapness is neither enraging or endearing, and the film as a whole is just an eyesore that, if anything, lessens the blow of whatever absurdity occurs from time to time. He's trying so hard.
This is a mistake, either in the script or made by the actress.
From director Rob Cohen comes the fun, high-adrenaline action film The Hurricane Heist. Like in general, especially if there's more than one cook in the kitchen, so to speak.

Anyway, I just sort of imagine that there was a lot of marijuana involved and a lot of usage of the word 'bro' during the discussions of what this movie was gonna be. The first image that came to mind as I started to watch this movie and the hurricane was beginning to rage was an image of what an action movie would look for the SyFy channel if they commissioned one from The Asylum.
When Breeze's truck engine backfires and burns, Will and Corbyn transfer him to their truck. There are some factual inconsistencies relating to the alleged location of the events in the film.
In 2018, another destructive category 5 hurricane named "Tammy" approaches the town of Gulfport, Mississippi. There's nothing that I hate more than a shit movie acting like they're a gift to the viewing audience (like Drifter, as an example, since that movie was awful). All entirely but watchably absurd, and Kebbell himself carries it off with some style and shows he's got exactly the right leading-man chops.

Federal Reserve Treasury agent Casey Corbyn (While she is out of the facility, rogue Treasury agents, led by Connor Perkins (As Corbyn and Breeze drive back to the facility, they encounter the mercenaries, and Corbyn engages in a shootout with them. The Hurricane Heist is one of those films that saw other crazy actions films (...) and said "hold my beer" before throwing a bunch of non-sense at a wall and keep everything that sticks and then some. That was bad enough, but when you combine lack of originality with predictable behavior, you get a story that is very dull.

While trying to save the truck from blowing away, strong winds blow a water tank loose and it crushes their dad, killing him. Having said that, and I'll just get this out of the way, but Toby Kebbell's (who plays Will) southern accent is just terrible.

She correctly identifies herself as a Treasury agent throughout the film but does say in one scene she is an ATF agent. I can't really recommend this, but watch at your own risk.
