Overall, we were glad to get away and felt that we were able to do it as safely as possible given the times, but this hotel is not meeting its class. Resort guests can enter the park 1 hour early, which was a plus. Not once were we told the park closes 3 hours early and 3 main rollercoaster rides are closed. There was always a 60 min wait! It’s a beautiful hotel with a truly historic feel. The Iberia Lounge is lovely and a great place to sample some amazing chocolate martinis - a must do. The 1930's hotel is a recipient of both the Forbes Four-Star Award and the AAA Four-Diamond Award. The only issue we had was being told we needed masks when waiting on line in the pool area.Patrick at the front desk did a great job and gave us a great room! I hope they do, would love a Return visit then.Our stay as The Hotel Hershey was wonderful from welcoming to our departure. I saw them diligently cleaning between guests. The lodge is well kept and rooms are clean.
