We arrived around 3:30pm to a full parking lot and grassy areas with cars, but luckily some were starting to leave. It seems that only so many people could it if not nothing else the very limited parking that is available. Rocky Gap is appropriately named because of the rocks, but it should've been called Dead Fish beach 10 years ago. Or you can take the ramp from the parking lot down like a "normal" person.
